Great location just a short walk from the town center, and the rooms offer fantastic views.

Exceptionally clean and airy room with good view of green mountains, accommodating staff - everything was amazing.

stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean, it had excellent location to all tourist spots. the staff were caring and the services were good. the breakfast was delicious and tasteful and offered a wide range of outstanding food.

Had a great xmas stay here! We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast and extra friendly staff. the location was perfect, with a reliable scooter/bike rental shop nearby. Plus, the room was very clean and comfortable.

the safe in our room wasn't working and there was no refrigerator.

the breakfast in the morning was also notable. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the amenities such as satellite TV. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel, right across from the bus stand, was convenient. We were also grateful that the hotel staff took care of our bags for two days, even though we only stayed one night. All the staff members we encountered, especially the manager and the waiter in the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🙁.

The location is perfect, situated on a side road off the main road to the city center, just a short distance away. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms with balconies are a highlight, as they offer stunning views of the tea gardens, with the balconies opening up to face the sprawling plantations.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was just a short distance from the city centre, making it convenient to explore Munnar. During our Christmas vacation, we had a great time staying at this hotel. the hotel offered a lovely complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. the location was perfect as we had easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the beautiful view of the scenery from our room that we thoroughly enjoyed.

While we had a pleasant stay, the restaurant was a disappointment. The food was not up to standard, and the taste was quite bad.
